Springfield's Favorite Family Arrives in Psyonix's Hit Game: Unfortunately Not the Car You're Hoping For
We already knew that The Simpsons was collaborating with Fortnite, but this isn't the sole place where enthusiasts can immerse themselves in the universe of Springfield. The beloved show is coming over to the popular soccer-driving hybrid, bringing along an vehicle customization option that will also be compatible in Fortnite. That said, whether players will truly desire to equip it is another question, as fans have their hearts set on just one Simpsons car the community is itching to drive, and this new offering isn't that one.
The Dream Vehicle
Although most gamers would undoubtedly love to compete behind the wheel of The Homerâthe famously flawed automobile the patriarch built himself in the 1991 installment "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?"âregrettably, that isn't what's being offered. We aren't even receiving the massive SUV, the enormous vehicle showcased in season 10. Instead, fans will obtain the Simpsons' everyday beat-up sedan, which has been in the family since the show's early days. Even though this particular car has seen better days, it remains an recognizable element of the series. For those who analyze Rocket League car hitboxes, the Simpson family car uses the same hitbox as the Dominus body type.
